Primrosehill Equestrian Booking Procedure
Please book a start time time slot on the website/or facebook before coming to ensure that there is space on the course, We have hourly timeslots. If you you prefer, you can contact us by phone, Whats app, or facebook message and we can remotely book you a start time. You can also book in via the facebook page on the "Schedule Now" button on left hand side.
Booking form : please print this DISCLAIMER off and bring it with you to drop off at registration document - please pay in advance by bank transfer or PayPal

Payment - please put appropriate payment in the envelope provided with the disclaimer.
We accept Cash, PayPal and bank transfer payments at the moment. Payment can be made at the registration point using cash.
Please pay in advance of your session and please use your name as a reference on any paypal or bank payment so we can identify it!
Parking - upon arriving, drive to the back of the steading where there is parking.
Registration - next to the parking is a shed signed Registration. Within this shed please either leave your disclaimer if you bring it with you. Otherwise read and fill out the disclaimer, sign it and put it in the postbox with payment if not using PayPal or bank transfer.
During these initial stages post lockdown we would prefer bank transfer or PayPal if you can - please use your name as a reference.
Riders should ensure that they are wearing hats and body protectors to current standards, that they have filled out and signed a disclaimer, and paid before proceeding up to the schooling field.

There are signs to direct you to the course. Schooling time is restricted to 60 minutes per booking and a maximum of 4 horses per group.
Please endeavor to arrive in time for a prompt start to ensure you get your full 60 minutes in the schooling field and do not intrude into the next booking.
Our aim is to give all riders exclusive use of the cross country jumps during their booking time.
